Atom: Meditation for Beginners

Users of Atom: Meditation for Beginners can request deletion of some or all personal data associated with the app without deleting their account. Users may also request deletion of their account and its associated personal data.

How to request deletion

Email support@theatom.app from the email address associated with your Atom account.

Use the subject line:

Atom Data Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

• The email address associated with your Atom account

• Whether you want to keep or delete your account

• The specific data you want deleted, or state that you want all associated data deleted

• Your Atom user ID, if available

Never include your password. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

Data you can request to have deleted

You may request deletion of:

• Profile information

• Meditation and course activity

• Progress and game data

• Task, survey, or journal responses

• Reminders and preferences

• Approximate location and usage information associated with your account

• All personal data associated with your Atom account

Data that may be retained

Anonymous or aggregated information that can no longer identify you may also be retained.

Deletion from backups and system logs may take up to 90 days.
